Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by BMM Technologies Inc. [TO CONFIRM: registered legal name], governed by the laws of [TO CONFIRM: country / state of registration].

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for your password, your two-factor device and all activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing logins, reselling access or distributing our signals or content to non-members is prohibited.
• Tell us immediately at support@bmmfx.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Access to signals, scanners, automation and education is tied to an active paid plan and the entitlements of that plan.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may include local currency conversion by the payment provider.
• Subscriptions run for the stated period and access ends when the period expires unless renewed.
• We may change plan pricing or contents; changes apply from your next renewal and are notified in advance.
• Coupons are single-purpose, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be applied retroactively.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. All subscription payments are final: we do not offer refunds, including for unused time, unexpected trading losses, or failure to use the service. Full details are in the Refund Policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@bmmfx.com within 14 days and we will investigate.

• Signals, scanner output and analysis are general information for educational purposes. They are not advice and are not tailored to your circumstances.
• You decide whether to act on a signal, and you set your own lot sizes, symbol mappings and stop settings.
• If you enable automation, you authorise us to send orders to your connected broker account according to your configuration until you disable it.
• You are responsible for your risk settings. Incorrect configuration can produce unintended position sizes or losses.
• Execution depends on your broker, your account balance, market liquidity and third-party infrastructure. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled or not placed at all.
• Past performance, including the published BMM Book, is not a guide to future results.

The in-platform wallet exists to fund subscriptions and to hold referral commissions. It is not a bank account, it pays no interest, and it is not a trading account. Crypto deposits are credited after network confirmation; amounts sent to the wrong network or an expired address may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals are reviewed manually and may be delayed or refused where we suspect fraud, abuse or a legal restriction.

• Commissions are earned on qualifying subscription payments made by members you refer, at the rates published in the platform.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam promotion and misleading income claims void commissions and may result in termination.
• We may adjust or reverse commissions arising from chargebacks, refunds issued at our discretion, or fraudulent payments.
• Commission rates and structures may change prospectively.

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute platform content, signals or scanner output.
• Do not attempt to bypass entitlements, access other members' data, or interfere with the platform's security or availability.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Do not misrepresent BMMFX or make guaranteed-profit claims when promoting us.

The BMMFX name, platform, strategies, scanners, course material and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own trading and learning, and nothing more.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider outages, broker downtime or events outside our control may interrupt the service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of your broker, payment providers or other third parties.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time and let your plan lapse. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, presents a security or legal risk, or is used fraudulently. Where we terminate for breach, no fees are returned.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the "last updated" date means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be notified in the platform or by email.
