Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data BMMFX collects when you use our website and members' platform, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Who we are
BMMFX ("we", "us") operates a members-only platform for forex signals, market scanning, trading automation and trading education. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact privacy@bmmfx.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, password hash, country, and the phone number you provide for two-factor authentication and SMS notifications.
- Trading connection data — the broker server, trading account login identifier and credentials you supply to connect your MT5 account, plus the account identifiers issued by our execution provider. Credentials are stored encrypted and are used solely to place and manage trades you have authorised.
- Trading activity — signals delivered to you, approvals you make, orders sent on your behalf, execution results, symbol mappings, lot sizes and stop settings.
- Payment data — subscription orders, amounts, currency, plan, coupon use and the transaction references returned by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number; card and mobile-money details are handled by the payment provider.
- Wallet and crypto data — deposit addresses generated for you, deposit and withdrawal records, and the payout address you submit for withdrawals.
- Referral data — your referral code, who referred you, and commissions generated by members you refer.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, log entries, error reports and audit records of security-relevant actions such as sign-in, password change and MFA enrolment.
- Communications — support messages, email and SMS delivery records, and your notification preferences.
3. Why we use it and our legal bases
- To provide the service (performance of a contract) — account creation, signal delivery, scanners, automation, education content, wallet and withdrawals.
- To take payment (contract) — process subscriptions, renewals, coupons and referral commissions.
- To keep accounts secure (legitimate interests, legal obligation) — two-factor authentication, fraud and abuse prevention, audit logging.
- To communicate (contract, legitimate interests, consent for marketing) — service notices, trade and payment notifications, product updates.
- To improve the platform (legitimate interests, consent where cookies are involved) — diagnostics, performance and usage analysis.
- To meet legal and financial obligations (legal obligation) — record keeping, tax and accounting, responding to lawful requests.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform, and only to the extent they need it:
- Payment providers, to process subscription payments and refunds where applicable.
- Our crypto payment processor, to generate deposit addresses and confirm deposits.
- Our trade execution provider, to connect your broker account and place the orders you authorise.
- Your broker, which receives the orders placed on your account. Your relationship with your broker is your own.
- Email and SMS delivery providers, to send verification codes, receipts and notifications.
- Hosting, database and error-monitoring providers that operate our infrastructure.
- Professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where we are legally required to disclose information.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where data leaves your jurisdiction we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, depending on the countries involved.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists, then deleted or anonymised on request.
- Trading, signal and execution records: retained while your account is active and afterwards where needed for dispute resolution.
- Payment and wallet records: retained for the period required by accounting and tax rules.
- Security and audit logs: retained for a limited period appropriate to investigating incidents.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can exercise most of these directly in Account & Security, or by emailing privacy@bmmfx.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We protect accounts with password hashing, optional two-factor authentication, encryption of stored broker credentials, role-based access control for staff, and audit logging of sensitive actions. No system is completely secure, so please use a unique password, enable two-factor authentication, and never share your credentials.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security and — with your consent — analytics and marketing. See the Cookie Policy for the categories and how to change your choice at any time.
10. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact privacy@bmmfx.com and we will remove the account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the platform or by email.
