Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar browser storage let us keep you signed in, protect your account and understand how the platform is used. This page explains each category and how to control it.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which works the same way for the purposes of this policy. Some are set by us, others by the providers that run payments, messaging and infrastructure for us.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions, two-factor authentication, CSRF and fraud protection, remembering your cookie choice, and completing payments. These cannot be switched off, because the platform will not work without them.
- Preferences — small settings such as theme, table page size and dismissed notices. Treated as necessary because they only store your own choices.
- Analytics — aggregated usage and performance measurement so we can see which pages and tools members rely on. Only set if you allow them.
- Marketing — measuring campaigns and attributing sign-ups from referral or advertising links. Only set if you allow them.
3. How long they last
Session cookies are removed when you close your browser. Sign-in and preference storage persists until you sign out or clear your browser data. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which we will ask again.
4. Changing your choice
You can accept all, reject everything that is not essential, or pick categories individually — at any time.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
5. Third parties
Our payment, messaging, hosting and monitoring providers may set their own cookies when you interact with the pages they serve, such as a hosted checkout. Their use is governed by their own policies.
